UCBSO Awards

UCBO Wins Best of East Bay Award 2002Our Pediatric optometrists use special expertise and equipment developed at U.C. Berkeley to thoroughly examine the eyes of infants and small children. Because eyesight is a key component of learning, it is important to diagnose and treat vision problems early.

The American Optometric Association & the American Academy of Ophthalmology recommend that all children receive a professional vision exam at 6-8 months of age & another at between 2 & one-half to 3 years of age.
